Pavel Šimsa
Chief Executive Officer and Statutory Representative 
Pavel Šimsa is the CEO of the company and he is responsible for building and developing the company, focused on providing professional advisory services. He graduated from the Czech Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He started his career in the field of securities trading in the company Motoinvest a.s. He also worked on the board of the investment company Optimus, investiční společnost, a.s., where he participated in the planning and provision of investment strategy investment funds. During his career he worked also for Metropolitní spořitelní družstvo. There he was responsible for ensuring payment and liquidity management of company.
In First Advantage, he is responsible for the management of the whole company and he is also responsible for management of projects, and for selected projects he personally secures their realization as Project Manager.
